HEALTH UPDATE: Official diagnosis: Pancreatic Acinar (ASSinar, lol) Cell Carcinoma involving Spleen. The pancreatic mass grew into my spleen. I misspoke early on when I claimed that a tumor was “on” my spleen. It is IN my spleen and didn’t even come from my spleen.
